THAT TIME I WROTE A SONG

I've got another anecdote for ya!

The other day i was rummaging through the trash under my bed and found a crumpled piece of paper so obviously my procrastination kicked in and i decided to stop cleaning and read the mysterious piece of paper

I was shocked to realize it was an old song i wrote when i was 12 (sidenote: when i wrote this song i thought it was the shiznit) but as i look back at it ITS TERRIBLE

Whats worse is I ACTUALLY WANTED TO SUBMIT THIS SONG TO A MUSIC COMPANY

Oh god, it makes me cringe talking about it

I even remembered recording it on my old blackberry and i thought i sounded like a thousand angels but in reality i sounded like a cat being runover with a lawnmower

I couldn't even make the music because i play absolutely NO instruments so i had to find a way to hum the tune and sing at the same time -____-

For you to understand i'll let you read the chorus i wrote :

"Lets get ready 'cause baby we'll have a party tonight, get lost in the flow yeah you know we'll have a party tonight"

and here's the rap(because i obviously needed one of those) : "Oh yeah we got the hottest clothes and we got the hottest rings and when we get down to the flo' we will show off everything ,when we get down to the party we gonna defo' blow off

shawty gon' be sayin' OH DONT BE SUCH A SHOW OFF" 

I know, i know, its embarrassing, its weird. I feel like this is a sign "Never be a songwriter"
